1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ExamPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your device and account
• All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Free and Premium Content

ExamPro offers both free and premium content:

• 40% of tests are available free of charge to all registered users
• Premium content requires a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application or servers
• Copy, distribute, or share test content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the application
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ExamPro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of ExamPro or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content is the exclusive property of ExamPro.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on ExamPro are provided on an 'as is' basis. ExamPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the application is free of viruses or harmful components

ExamPro does not guarantee any specific exam results or outcomes from using our application.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExamPro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ExamPro, even if ExamPro has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
